But obviously I did not let my guard down and always used common sense after dark. I never saw or heard a mosquito the entire time I was in Uganda including in the Bush on the Safari, so stopped taking my anti malaria tablets after I returned from the Safari. Because of my age was exempted from the yellow fever Jab so Just had that confirmed in the yellow fever booklet and this was accepted for the online Visa issue.

Before you go I suggest you read this book to get an understanding of the Uganda and tribal cultures, and why the ladies are so willing and happy to please a man. - Uganda the Essential Guide to Customs and Culture by Ian Clarke, you can get it from the online store named after a South American river, at least you can in UK.

Lastly, have a plan be in case it doesn't work out for you, mine was MassageandMoreSpa in Makindye, they have a website, I did not visit or have an out call from them no need. I was sitting in Cafe Javas across from Acacia Mall alone having lunch one day, nice looking, well dressed lady alone at next table, eye contact made, conversation started, phone number obtained easy peeze.
