The problem is compounded by the fact that in Africa hotel (or AirBnB) staff who should protect you will not do so. I speak from experience and I was in a good hotel (Speke). And neither will police protect you of course. It is easy to say after the fact that you were wrong to entertain the girl after she mentioned trading. Absolutely fun place, The Girls were hot, and most non-pros. Bar girls were hot AF. I pretty much spent the evening drinking and talking to one girl, She kept insisting she wasn't a pro. To Dar I did not make it yet, had it on my list but from what I heard and read I had the impression it is below Kampala and Nairobi regarding to general infrastructure and girls.
