I have seen 5 different 150 £/ HR girls (all Romanian) and they have all been fantastic. Use an agency like Diva or Admiral and pick well reviewed girls and you will not be disappointed in that price range (200 £ if you include CIM).

Definitely better than mongering in the USA. The quality of the chicas is excellent. It isn't a bargain, but it is cheaper than the US.

Plus, I'd rather spend some time drinking and dining in Old Montreal and most cities in the US.
