According to their article the philosophy is lower rates, but a higher volume of customers. Sounds good to me! I will try to go out there soon, and see if any places are gaijin friendly. About the Chinese places, I spent a lot of money at Chinese Estes when I was first in Japan. I concur with Fishmonger about Hinomaru still being "sex" friendly. I stopped by two weeks ago and had no problem getting FS. I was entertained by Kaori and she did a great job. I might also request your help for my next trip there in December.As for getting friendly girls in Tokyo you should try to go to Roppongi (I might join you one of these day). There are a lot of clubs and bars where girls are ready for action. Try to avoid the Filipinas as they will surely get you excited only for your $. You'll surely will meet a lot of very friendly Japanese girls (never 10's unfortunately). And also a lot of western girls too drunk to take the last train (midnight) or desperate to get white meat.
