2. During the day not that much. At night yes no problem.

3. I never tip. Only pay the extra if asked.

Other tips: Shower at beginning of session (2 minute one is fine). If you sweat during the session (like me) go back to the shower. Do not throw you tongue down the girl throat. Have fun!
