OK here's the info - take the Joban sen out of Ueno to Tsuchiura, it costs about 1,200 yen and will take about an hour. Go out the west exit of Tsuchiura station (there is a McDonalds there). You will see a bus terminal area to your left, go towards it and right behind the bus teminal area you will see a kind of glitzy street with lots of flashing lights that looks like a mini red light district - go down this street to the end (it is a short street). At the end of the street on the right hand side you will see a place called Bokemon. This is the place I mentioned, and I usually go there. The first time I went they just asked me if I could speak Japanese, and I said yes, and then they photocopied my gaijin card. The deal is 6,000 for 45 min for the A course, it goes up to 7,000 yen if you pick a girl from a photo.
