i did a quick serch about it and i found that the practice is called : "kunyaza kachabali".

this is what i've founded :

Hi Atlante, unfortunately the Uganda girl went back to Africa 2 months ago and I don't know if she will back to Thailand. To get african girls in Bangkok I suggest u to hang around in Sukumvit soi 4/5/6 area, opposite Landmark Hotel (by skytrain the exit is Nana). Go to Foodland market and you will find a bar close to it with a lot of afrogirls , quality is not always high , I was lucky.
