The formal word is "gekkei" (Sorry I can't give you the kanji, as this site always turns mine to gibberish, but the kanji are those for "month" and "keizai"--economics'--"kei"). You can also just use katakana "mensu." The word used in the sex industry (for example when looking at a DH schedule) is "seiri" ("life" kanji + "ryouri"--cuisine's--"ri").
