These flat rates are never (or rarely) top girls and the the sex is unlikely to be GFE. But go in not expecting to meet super models and with the desire to fuck and this is what you will find. I have been once in King George and I would not recommend the experience at all. Got there at about 6 pm, when you get in the owner (or anyway the man at entrance) offers you two choices. 50 euros for 1 hour stay or 100 euros for whole stay until closure. Unless sitting in outdoor cafes is top of your list of things you like to do. Even then many cafes will have heaters and tents to keep the patio open. Winter weather in Berlin is grey and some say dismal. On occasion (usually after the new year) we have snow that makes the city difficult for a time, mainly because there is never enough snow that the city gets truly prepared. Early Dec. It is unlikely to have snow but it could of course happen. Especially as the end of the world (Dec. 21st.) approaches...

Weather will be similar in Vienna in any case-look at wunderground or wiki the cities to compare climates. If flight costs an issue then you use another hub with lots of cheap (eg Easyjet) flights to Berlin like Amsterdam (the best airport) , Paris, or Frankfurt (avoid London as they do have problems in winter). The other hubs could in a pinch be reached by train if there is some unlikely freak storm in Dec. Berlin much bigger, more cutting edge culture, many (many) more mongering options. Has very good, easy transit system which, apart from the S-Bahn sometimes, works reasonably well even in bad weather, so getting around easy even to the big clubs in the east. Past mid Dec it can snow anywhere in northern Europe, though heavier storms tend to start in January. Like anywhere, it can disrupt trains and planes so you need to keep an eye on it when changing cities or catching flights.

But Berlin itself can cope fine. We have indoor heating, and in winter most people prefer sex indoors.

IMHO Berlin Wien but both are fun. For me there is more to do in Berlin, such a great artsy city, great bars and very friendly people.
