Why is it so?[/QUOTE]As I read on the German forums Pascha failed because the neighbourhood did not want an obvious bordello. This is why Bel Ami lost the location and moved to its' current location. That Pascha then went and spent the money to open and operate (for two weeks) another bordello is almost unbelievable, yet this is what appears to have happened. When the city zoning board found out they were promptly shut down though alcohol sales might have been used to accomplish this.

My opinion is that Artemis being such a big and strong club discourages any one else from opening up as competition. That and the no doubt endless hassels of getting something through city zoning panners. I am sure it could be done but it would take someone with deep pockets and probably a few underworld-ish ties.

Before Artemis opened La Folie was a nice little club. Now that we have Artemis the talent there is lacking as any girl who wants to work in such an environment will gravitate to Artemis or a big bordello.
