It can be hit and mostly miss if Americans try to find them. There can also be limitations as in language, difficult to book, incall only in an area that requires a car to reach and an escort who likely only wants to see locals who potentially can be become regulars. The MTL agencies are relatively professional and easy to deal with particularly by text. I usually have a lot of flexibility in my schedule when I'm in Montreal.
