Obviously a taste thing. Just that there are sort of 4 price markets in Berlin and for my tastes, on balance, the middle 2 for me (for me) are the sweet spot in terms of quality, safety, risk, comfort, value. You can try them all. You can always find diamonds in the rough but it does take time.

And another factor not usually discussed-if you have a partner, there is no question you are running increased risks in the down market or flat rate venues.
