Just check that the runway is long enough, and that you can land with radar because that area gets very foggy in the cold season.

I have my doubts about this place, and / or that it can sustain itself, even though Potsdam is a posh suburb. De websites. Getting back in the wee wee hours will be an issue, doable but not so frequent trains, obviously. A jet, and limo would be helpful. The point being, all the new thrills start with a 20 plus total Euro travel penalty, and at least 45 min more, each way, door to (w) hore. Taxi I dunno at least 50 each way. Renting a car would be the way, given all, and even with petrol, that might be about 30 Eur which could be split amongst some brothers.

Just to give you an idea of the distance, it's about 28 Km south from Artemis and will take 20 minutes in your limo, and 30+min by public transportation.
