What I've gathered is that spas in downtown are generally no extras while FS is usually available outside of DT. Not all though, so no guarantees (but all the ones I encountered offered it in a small sample size). By the time you've paid for the room and the girl the total cost will be higher than an escort, somewhere in the $300 range. As far as English versus French. In Montreal you will find some that don't speak English, but are French. In Vancouver or Toronto you will find some that don't speak much English, but Mandarin might work. I would avoid those.
