There is nothing special about this place, it is if anything even shabbier than the other Chinese esutes in the area. I think they are all owned by the same company or something, I recognize the same modus operandi with all of the establishments. Took a trip out to Shibuya, to walk around Love Hotel Hill on Dougenzaka. Walking around up by Grimpeur/666, I noted that the touts for the hotel healths and fashion healths in that area- there are about a dozen all clustered in those alleys around Grimpeur- were welcoming gaikokujins. The majority of the time I get turned away but the three times they did let me in I always got the same girl with bad breath. Most of the people working in the sex industry in Japan cannot speak any other language besides Japanese, and aside from a few sketchy places (a few places that are way off the beaten track, and a few places that cater to this very small market) they don't want to deal with people they can't communicate with.
