This report's a bit late and may not be much use at all (more on that later), but the forum provided useful info, so I thought I'd give back a bit. I think I believe in Karma so I thought I should finally contribute after lurking for a while.I'm a newly arrived expat in Tokyo and although I look Japanese, I speak very little Japanese and continuous "hais" gives you up after a while. It's not Shinjuku by any stretch of the imagination, but there are several places with happy endings or better. Last Tuesday I took the chance and went down to Takadanoba visiting TSPM. Thanks to the descriptions I found on this forum, the place where very esay to find.
