This area used to be good, but has been closed to non-J punters.Options really depend on your J level and how comfortable you are riding the rails in Tokyo.

Get on the Yamanote line and ride around the ring. The big places frequently metioned here are virtually all near stations on the Yamanote. If you find something here that interests you, search to see if it is near a Yamanote station. If your Japanese is not highly fluent, and your familiarity with the trains not terribly high, any other option runs the risk of you missing your time frame.The closest I can suggest is visit Jan Jan in Sugamo. That's only oral, but the ladies working there all seem to be Japanese. And the price, at between 3000 and 4000 yen, depending on the time of day, is very good for Japan. You might try Grimpeur in Shibuya. I haven't used them, but I understand they are J-girls, and they offer FS. But it's a Deri-heru, which means you'll have to work out a place. They might be able to help you locate a love hotel; Shibuya is full of them. But that will be extra. Search the forum, and you'll find answers to just about all of your questions.
