prostitution in vienna – a comprehensive summary
this is an update of my summary of prostitution in vienna from summer 2009. some recommended clubs or girls do not exist any more and additionally, i have some brand-new recommendations. this report is dated spring 2010. i pasted the rest of the text, so you can throw away the old version, it’s all in here again.
i am paysex client in vienna since 25 years and native viennese, so sorry that my english may not be perfect.
prostitution is completely legal in vienna – with some limitations for the girls, which i will mention later. to be in full compliance with laws, a woman who wants to prostitute herself has to register at the authorities of vienna and has to undergo an official weekly health check. last year, 2009, there were about 1.850 registered girls in vienna, and even more without registration, mainly in escort services and massage parlours. these figures haven’t changed much. in vienna you can choose between 100 night-bars, 200 sexclubs, 10 of them huge, and 160 massage-parlours – nearly 500 locations where you can get sex and erotic services against payment – not to speak about the 100 escort-agencies and the countless streetgirls. so many say, vienna is a big brothel as a whole – many possibilities to choose. here are the details:
1. street prostitution
till 20 years ago, street prostitution was a main part of the vienna scene. official regulations, which prohibit street prostitution in some areas in vienna and 150 m around every church, kindergarten, or similar official locations, and the outcome of the internet have diminished street prostitution. about 1960 the street girls were banned from the inner city, and till around 2000 the gürtel area was the main scene. today you hardly find any girl at gürtel, because churches are nearly everywhere, and due to the regulations mentioned above there are only very few fitting places at gürtel.today you find street girls mainly in the prater area and in the area behind westbahnhof.
prater area
in the area near messe (messestraße, nordportalstraße) many coulored women are found, but also from eastern europe. usually they provide the act in the car, or in the bushes there. on the other side of ausstellungsstraße, there is a housing area called stuwerviertel. street prostitution is prohibited there, nevertheless you find streetwalkers there, mainly at daytime. police tries to get them out of there, and for the unexperienced client it is difficult there, he even may be fined by police. some of the viennese guys make a game out of it hunting girls there where the girls are hunted by police. but this ist stuwerviertel, not prater.
westbahnhof area
in this area mainly women from eastern europe are found. the streets are felberstraße, linzer straße, parts of hütteldorfer straße, and mariahilfer straße west of gürtel (called outer mariahilfer straße). the authorities want to ban street walkers from outer mariahilfer straße, but they are not very successful. streetwalkers on felberstraße, hütteldorfer straße and linzer straße are competely legal, often checked by police. the act is provided either in the car or in clubs nearby. the prices depend on area, service provided and hour of night and start about eur 30,-. the standard price for covered oral and intercourse is about eur 40 to 50 (prater area: 30); if going to a club in the westbahnhof area, calculate eur 70 and more. some streetwalkers provide uncovered services, often the charge that higher. although the health status of the prostitutes in vienna is good, i do not recommend uncovered service with streetwalkers for health reasons. it’s a bit risky.
2. massage parlours
when in 1993 or 1994 prostitution was banned from flats. since then prostitution in normal flats and apartments it is not allowed, unless they have a separate entrance from the streets or prostitution is provided in all flats of a house. so the creative viennese women invented massage parlours in their flats. most of these flats are legally registered as „massage“ or „aroma therapy“, but mostly it is pure prostitution. in 75% of the „erotic massages“ in vienna full sexual services are provided. all in all, we have about 160 massage parlours in vienna. you can divide them in following groups:
thaimassage
in the viennese thai parlours, real good non-erotic thai massage is provided. men and women are clients there. nebertheless, in some of these parlours for male clients a „hand relief“ for additional 20 – 40 eur is offered inofficially directly by the massage girl. but i wouldn’t call that erotic. examples are [url]www.thai-classic.com[/url] or [url]www.thaimassage.at[/url]
tantric massage
this section is new in this update. there are some women in vienna who care for your chakras and awaken your sexual energy. in most cases a lingam massage is included. i recommend nina and sarah (better: both of them in a „duo-massage“) at [url]www.tantra-wien.at[/url] . further, claudia at [url]www.yabyum.at[/url] who is a bit more expensive and finally marleyn. with marleyn you have to calculate 300,- euro for two hours which is double of that what nina charges. marleyn has no website yet; find her advertisement at [url]www.kontaktbazar.at[/url] (section massage).
„real“ erotic massage
the classical erotic massage is provided by a few studios. this is really recommended. in a very pleasant surronding you are treated by a naked girl with oil, usually on a mattress at the floor, often with many mirrors around. at the end she serves you are mostly really good orgasm, only with her hands. this services cost about 100 to 130 eur for an hour. i recommend the following parlours:

„viennese“ erotic massage
these are the mentioned massage parlours, where you get a massage, more ore less good, and sex in the end, usually covered, sometimes owo. calculate 80-100 for 30 minutes and 130-150 eur for an hour service. i recommend following parlours in this section:

china massage
in the last years many chinese massage parlours opened in vienna. also all parlours which call themselves „japan massage“ are china massages in reality, you will hardly find japanese women in vienna. tell me if you do so. meanwhile there are about 60 of these chinese locations all over vienna. in contrary to the other parlours, fees are negotiable there. mostly „mama“ asks you what yu have paid last time or what you want to pay. the common fees are 50-70 eur for 30 minutes and 80-130 eur for an hour of typically asian-type service. in chinese massage parlours owo is standard, quite often you get even uncovered intercourse without additional fee and sometimes even without mentioning by the girl. so be careful, if you do not want this. the best chinese parlours at the moment are mollardgasse 23-14 and yoko’s at jägerstraße 33. these locations have no internet site.
3. escorts
the escort scene in vienna is very unusual for international clients, so read this carefully.
first: some agencies have phantasy photographs in the internet from girls who do not work with them. if you book a girl there, some other girl will occur. this is annoying, and you must not book in these agencies. second: some agencies have many, up to 11 (eleven) names and also many different internet sites. so it may happen that you think you call five different agencies and in reality you spoke only to one. there are about 100 ecort agencies in vienna, but if you do not count multiple agencies, there are not more than about 40. third: most agencies tell you only the basic fee, and for additional services additional fees are calculated. so what seems to be cheap in the beginnig can become quite expensive. but not everything is bad – if you get the right agency, you will be very happy.

if you book one of these recommended agencies, you will probably not be disappointed. avoid viennaescort.com which is also divas.at: very nice photos, but often you do not recognize the girls when they are at your door, they charge very high extra fees and they are often not motivated to provide good service.
there are also some independent escorts, but i cannot really recommend one at the moment. except perhaps nicoletta, but she is the same as nicole of playmodels (see above)
4. fkk-saunaclubs
the trend from germany has finally reached vienna and there are three such clubs. a big wellness area where men and women pay entrance fee and find each other inside. the difference to germany: the austrian clubs are slightly more expensive, and only registered prosttitutes are admitted to the clubs. the entrance is about 80,- for the whole day and for 30min sex with a girl calculate 60,-. the fkk-clubs are recommended for the connaisseur who wants to choose his girl from many of them walking around. the clubs are:

7. bars
as mentioned in the beginning of that article, there are about 100 night-bars in vienna. they usually open in the evening, about 9 o’clock and are open till 5 or so. mostly the girls are participating on drink expenses, so calculate some money for that too. an hour in a separate room with the girls costs between 150,- and 250,- in most bars. the most expensive and classic bar in vienna is babylon [url]www.babylon1.com[/url] , although i heard that it is not any more as it was in former times. but if you are ready to spend 500+ for a nice evening, that may be your place, including fine food. a second fine bar in midtown, not as expensive, is [url]www.josefine.at[/url] in sonnenfelsgasse (only german site available at the moment). if you like bar atmosphere and do not want to spent so much money, try [url]www.exzess.at[/url] not as central as the other ones. but very nice girls and 170,- an hour in an extra room (separée) with her. avoid those tourist bars in kärntner straße.
special interests
there are many more possibilities to get paysex in vienna, but maybe not for your first time in vienna. there are peep-shows, swinger-clubs, erotic cinemas where it comes to some action in the seats, balkan ladies in the cafes around westbahnhof, parties and private girls who find their clients via internet (e.g. [url]www.flirt-point.at[/url])
