Hopefully the vaccine will provide a solution. However, it's worth mentioning there are many viruses for which medicine has not been able to develop vaccines for. And sometimes experimental vaccines have failed to gain approval for use in the population. And even worse sometimes these failed vaccines, not the approved vaccines, have very bad side effects.

Well this certainly blew up a bit. I held off replying because I was a bit confused by the responses, which all seemed to be saying prostitution was shut down etc etc. I took me a while to realize my original post didn't mention the legal mongering situation locally and only talked about travel restrictions, so let me rephrase a bit: travel restrictions and mongering regulations allowing, I'll be traveling to Germany in July (due to seeing this in the news I was under the impression that restrictions on mongering had been lifted / would be gone by July, which was obviously incorrect: [URL]https://www.dw.com/en/opinion-germany-lifts-restrictions-but-pandemic-remains/a-53365982[/URL]).

That might be more questionable than it seemed last week as I've now heard that Amsterdam (yes, I know, not in Germany but a similar mongering destination inside the EU nonetheless) won't be re-opening its RLD until September. I guess all the talk of lockdowns being lifted last week was a bit overheated. Certainly here in the UK the easing of the lockdown hasn't changed anything from a mongering point of view, unless your idea of a good time is to meet a lady outside and sit two feet away from her.

Since it looks like this situation is going to drag on until the autumn instead, let me re-phrase my question: I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge of Berlin-based gloryholes, sex cinemas where you can take some of the street girls, or just where there's a (female) fluffer available? Piefke, as you seem to be the only one who really knows what is going on in Berlin and greater DE, have you heard anything about when things might be getting back to normal? Chatter on the German boards? Obviously 1 on 1 escort has discretely continued. But has there been any mention of some differentiated approach like massage parlours first, where sort of distancing could (sort of -in your dreams) be practiced? Or some guess like summer, autumn? If the gov is willing to open public pools, you would think those, even with obvious controls on how many people, how many hours etc. All of which is still unclear, would still be riskier than say massage. There is talk in the news about reopening tourism in the travel section within Europe at least by stages maybe for the summer. And it seems there will be an announcement tomorrow.

As for international travel, it's hard to imagine that a section of the economy that commands so much money can just be shut down indefinitely. There have been some reports in the media that suggest international flights and worldwide traveling could be back by September or if not perhaps early 2021. The ski resorts took a lot of criticism for being open and having been the origin supposedly of many infections. So right now it seems very strange for massage parlors to get a green light to open. Some politicians have said that leisure and party places will be closed indefinitely or at least for a very long time. So tough luck find an alternative. And remember it's in your own interest to respect the law.
