However, I speak very little Japanese and I guess it makes the situation most of the time, quite amusing as long as we can get through the door. I guess we only need enough Japanese to get by Mama-san or Papa-san. After that it is usually a done deal. I have found that me not speaking much Japanese gets me treated rather well as I am making fun of it. No touching or making out allowed and the girls are almost always on the other side of a bar. Most will let you in if you speak enough Japanese to chat to the girls.
