Being on this forum can sometimes be "interesting" as a check on where people from different paths in life source their information from but for my own sanity I can not debate about this. I hope Belarus people soon will have freedom and democracy soon. Until then I hope all flights to Minsk from democratic countries keep being banned.

For elections there is always one source of information: the country's official electoral authority. In the US, Al Gore lost against Bush (or take Trump against Biden), as many said it was unfair, undemocratic. But it was official.

The people of Belarus will decide for themselves on a path to better life. The President was the only viable candidate who can guarantee economic and political stability for his country, all without any opposition party with established candidate and program that offered attractive clear alternative. This is only a minor flight incident. The reality is far different from what you see in mass media. For now you have to have 10 days of quarantine if arriving from the countries on the list:

They don't say "this pallot of 250,000 votes showed up at this counting centre at this time without accredited chain of custody". They just say "it was rigged" without showing any evidence. As for "freedom and democracy", what that actually means is mass third world immigration, homosexual parades and child trannies. I hope the people of Belarus never get it and I wish we didn't have it either.

I have only been to Minsk once but have many contacts there. Lukashenko is obviously a tyrant, his system is taking an entire country hostage. Contacting girls on location is not too easy, it is advised to make contacts before (through international dating sites for example, even if many great Belarus girls would prefer to meet in Dubai or, little less attractive, Istanbul). I met a sugargirl and was eventually disappointed, she was narcissistic and into plastical surgery. She was also slightly crazy.

Belarus civil society's struggle deserves support. Apart from that I would meet Belarus girls anytime, but not in their home country. About the political situation, well, I agree Luka is not perfect leader, but at least predictable. Like one poster before me sad, a country with almost no crime, good systems of health and education, and the roads, oh the roads. Just perfect. I think I saw better roads only in Sweden. For me predictability is important when visiting a foreign country, I need to plan in advance all the steps, what is allowed what is not allowed. I'm not that young anymore, my "I want to change the world" phase is long over. And last but not least, I was a guest there, I have absolutely Nothing to say about their internal politics. It's not my bizz and I don't want this to be my bizz. And IMHO people have to be careful on what it would be a after a 'color revolution'. Who is buying that apparent 'democracy'? The nationalists? Like in that old Megadeth song "Peace sells. But who is buying". A person like the late Vital Shyshou who had ties to the Far Right nationalists? Even the "anti Lukashenka" outlet Meduza wrote: Korotkykh told that he's been helping the Shyshou's NGO since its inception. He also claimed to have helped Vital Shyshou obtain a residency permit in Ukraine. Who is Korotkykh? Well, google this gentleman, you will be amused. It is said for example that he was involved in some xenophobic murders occurred on the territory of the RF some years ago.

Let us know how you get along.[/QUOTE]Yes I have been to Minsk on several occasions and it was difficult to find any WGs as there are not enough local salons / bordellos that cater to foreign guys and although I speak some Russian it was challenging to converse with local folks who normally only speak Russian / Belarusian. Although if you can speak Russian fluently there are lot of talented ladies in bars and clubs and there is definitely mileage in this endeavour.

Top floor Hilton Double Tree bar was amazing Saturday night full of beautiful working girls yes some were arrogant but most very easy to approach.
