Based on my experience, I think as far as Japanese language ability, there is an intermediate level in-between 1/2 and 3/4 below.

If you have daily conversation ability (eg not enough to be considered fluent, but enough to make chit-chat with the tencho and to talk with the girls) , then you will have more luck in Japanese DH. As my Japanese language ability has improved, I've been more able to get accepted in Japanese DH and KDH places.

Also, if you have reading ability, then you will have a better idea about the shop, and when making chit-chat with teh tencho you will be more able to make it clear that you undersatnd the system and aren't some deviant pervert who will abuse the girls.

Also, as far as East Asian / Non-East Asian, within Non-East Asian, I think there is a distinction to be made between White / Black / Middle-Eastern and South Asian. Whites will have more luck (No offense intended to anybody else). I've had situations in Japanese DH where the tencho got the girl to take me by emphasizing that I was "haku jin"

She also said she was single (although she has an adult child) and that she has been single for a long time. I asked her what she normally liked to do outside of work and she said she likes to dance. There was an awkward silence after I asked the question and I think she was waiting for me to ask her out. I didn't ask her though because I didn't want to ruin things for everyone if my guess was wrong.

If your agency or the reputation of your girls is destroyed, it's your fault for a) posting fake reviews and be) making a huge deal about it when you got caught.

If you are looking to establish an agency in Japan, you aren't going to be able to charge similar rates to other agencies that provide Japanese girls if you don't provide Japanese girls, too. You just can't. I mean. 120 minutes from hipness. Jp is 19, 000 Yen, almost half of what you are charging. Or if the girls are outstanding in terms of looks and service, your best bet is to discreetly contact respected members of various forums and offer to let them try at a discount so that they can spread word of mouth for you. Or something.
