I was also offered the flyer there last week during lunch time and I went up because my usual Shinbashi places were full. The tout offered ¥5, 000 for 30 minutes and I didn't ask what kind of service was included. Get up to the 4th floor and went to the cubicle (really just a pink salon couch with a curtain) and was told to strip down by an older chick (though, tall and slender). After I strip down, while she was cleaning junior she told me that the additional services START from ¥15, 000! So basically, the charge paid to the tout is just an entry fee.
