There are one person that can speak English and they use cell phone to translate too.

I've only been to Darling Harbour and TinkerBell. In both cases the experience wasn't really worth the money. I think if you get the right match of girl it may be worth the money. But I just didn't feel that spectacular performance you'd expect for that price, expecially at TinkerBell. Most of them can not speak Japanese. But if you can speak very very little and understand a little (enough to know a price when you hear it) you can try to negotiate using your cell phone.
