Chinese have taken over this business in Tokyo. Anything in the price range you paid you can expect to get a Chinese girl (you even overpaid). I had a Chinese girl yesterday and I paid 10 k for a one hour session room included. Most Japanese girls do not freelance and you'll have to go through an agency (or a soap), Japanese is required. You can expect to pay in the 25 k-30 k range + the room. There are a few "super cheap" soaps where you can get a Japanese girl. For 10 k but they are in their 40's and it's a 35 minutes session. The "Delivery Health" websites in Japanese are so much complicated for a person who does not understand the language that it is virtually impossible to navigate. However I noticed something even with my limited understanding of the language that rates that you can get if you negotiate with an independent escort vis-a-vis through these websites are not that significantly different. (8500 yen plus 1500 yens for the hotel).

For an 8 you need to ditch 3000 to 5000 yens more. If you want a 9 or a 10 I do not know as these places do not have them.
