From the Sugamo train station, now matter how you get there, follow signs to the "South Exit".
The destination is very close to the exit.
To get there, I stayed to my left as I crossed over a small roundabout traffic intersection area that's straight ahead. You can walk around it from the left or right side but go beyond it.
To the right of all this is a wide high traffic road. You want to travel straight and stay to the left of that main road. The one you want is more of an alley by comparison.
It was around 2 pm and I saw 3 places with Polaroid pictures of woman and 3000 yen signs posted at the time. The rate goes up to 4000 yen later in the day.
I decided to walk the whole block and noticed two places on the right and later, one on the left, all with this same setup of pictures and prices. That 3rd place on the left had nobody outside of it at the time. Just stairs leading up, I assume to the 2nd floor, but both places on the right had someone out front. I turned around to make my way back.
Nothing said JanJan on the outside of any building.
I'm a tall Caucasian with tattoos so I didn't have high expectations and was prepared to be ignored.
To my surprise, both of the men outside working invited me in to their respective lounge.
Neither one was aggressive, just motioned for me to come on in. Both were fine with me acknowledging them but not accepting.
The second man, pretty much in the middle of the block, actually said JanJan as he waved me over so in the end I decided to pick that one.
Down a single set of stairs I went, paid the 3000, and was led to a booth with a very small table and large bench seat, in a dimly lit but certainly safe feeling room with probably 10 total booth areas.
You can see people coming and going but it offers enough privacy at the same time.
No more than 2 minutes later a woman arrived with a bunch of rolled hand towels. She was slim, small boobs, nice butt, and decent looking but not stunning. Probably early 30's.
She sat down for a few lines of small talk then told me to take down my shorts. She took off her underwear and lowered the top of her dress.
Next she wiped me down with a wet cloth and began to blow me.
She let me touch her up top and down below. It wasn't the best performance, felt kinda like "okay let me just do this so I can be done with it" but it still felt pretty good and in the end I didn't care if she faked being into it, and shot in her mouth. She did at least take her time with the finish. That wasn't rushed one bit. She had me clean myself up while she grabbed a towel and spit things out.
She instructed me to get put back together while she did the same and then walked me to the downstairs door and away I went.
All in all, it was a fun adventure at a very reasonable rate. Will likely try the other spot if I'm in the area again or repeat here if the other place shuts me down next time.
My advise regarding Jan Jan and other similar places
Well, cheap's cheap, what more you can expect.
I am going to share my first experience and hopefully it might help someone in future.
It was really easy to find Jan Jan, thanks to all the posts and the directions shared. Friday 5:30 pm, as I reached, I was led downstairs and asked for 3000 yen, I paid, waited eagerly for a min or two, and finally met Yuki, she was definitely not a looker, chubby, but hell it was only 3000 yen for full access and a BJ, what more can I expect.
While the same usual deal: asked me to wipe myself while she wiped her hands, starts her deed, fine with the method, and open to suggestions as well, I did had to guide her in between, but she was happy to oblige. TL, fingering, no DFK as I didn't feel like, I don't speak Japanese and as I was explaining, she thought I wanted to DATY but that's really not my thing for a paid adventure.
Within 15-20 minutes, I was done. I did see couple of much better looking girls while leaving. Now while m going back, m thinking, this is great, cheap, and much better than so called health delivery services which is way more expensive. I'd definitely come again and maybe I'll find a better option next time.
Now here's the f* up part: I barely reach the station entrance and can't control my urge to puke, to my relief, there's a washroom right before the entrance but I wonder why this happened (maybe the smoky atmosphere, bad food I had etc etc). Whatever. Still. Who cares. I go back, wash myself properly.

So apparently the cheap option wasn't really cheap after all. Lesson learnt the hard way but hopefully someone planning to go can learn a thing or two or perhaps take the necessary precautions.

I haven't been here in awhile at least 3 years or more. My last experience was with some horrible women named Maki after this experience I stopped going regardless of the $30 dollar deal. Although, I've had some really great experience here doing DATY DFK and everything with some young ones and some sorta hot ones as well. I'm very sorry to here about your experience but honestly thank you so much for sharing with everyone as a precaution!! My last visit to Japan in 2015 I went to Dio / Emotions in Gotanda and decided not to go to Jyan Jyan because of my bad experience with Maki but I guess I was lucky not to get any STD when I went back in 2014 or 2013 I can't really remember. I hope you recover from this terrible experience soon.
