Take the north exit when you arrive at the Uguisudani station and immediately turn right after you exit. On your right will be the railroad tracks and on your left will be a plethora of love hotels. If you walk straight on that road about 250 ft you should see Hotel Ivy on your left. I've always used Hotel Ivy but the Hipness ladies have told me they will go to almost any of the love hotels in that area. Hotel Ivy will cost anywhere from 2,500 yen to 4,000 yen depending on what day and time you go. If you don't have a cellular phone, there is a pay phone in the lobby and you could call the Hipness tout after you have checked in and received your room number (if you're nice the front desk clerk can call for you too, but you'll need Japanese language skills to ask the clerk to do it). I've always used the 80 minute session with the Hipness girls. The cost is about 13,000 yen (or less if they are having a special). I have never had to negotiate and FS was always provided without asking.

Tinder is the best way to meet regular girls in Tokyo, even easier than night clubs or pubs.

That is why I prefer to see girls in person.

The staff lies everywhere especially for this kind of business that is why I never do outcall or phone the place. I just believe in people's neutral experience and go to the places by myself and ask them in person.

Japan is not a "sex tourism" destination like Thai or PI. You go there for other reasons, and perhaps take advantage of whatever offerings come your way. "Best" depends on what your other reasons for going are. All three locations have great tourism potential, in their own ways. All three are good.

Yeah it may be difficult, if you don't speak Japanese if you don't understand their mentality especially many girls are together with friends. The best way is to try to pick up the girls that are with no friend.

All J girls learn English at school, but most have little experience with actual conversation, so tend to avoid it to save face. Treating them the right way will bring them around.
