Now I noticed few Asian touts and white touts in Roppongi, they pretend to be your best friend but they are not, they just want to make their money. If you have any trouble you can't complain, because the police stay away from that kind of business, they never deal with foreigners problem as long as a Japanese is not involved. If a Japanese is involved, the police will always be for the Japanese. Most owners are not Japanese that's why they are gaijin friendly. Normally places owned by Japanese owners don't want to deal with Foreigners, they only deal with Japanese people. Kabukicho and Roppongi are the places to avoid if you are looking to pay sex and you are a gaijin.

There's nothing in Ota-ku (Haneda airport) that I know of. You can either order up some deli-health (escorts) or get on a JR train or subway and treck it to the Yoshiwara District and see some gaijin friendly soaplands (there are some but you have to go at non busy times).

From what I read, the soaplands (brothels) can get pretty pricey for we foreigners who don't speak Japanese. Do an online search and you'll find plenty of research guides. I think we can mention them here, but I've found the Tokyo Adult Guide, Tokyo Night Style, and even The Erotic Review (search Tokyo) very helpful.
