My buddies & I just visited all the famous pizzerias in Tokyo from Studio Tamaki to Seirinkan. So your 9 hour layover just got reduced to 7 hours because of average travel time to / from the airport. As a US passport holder, Japan and the United States participate in reciprocal visa waiver programs so a US passport holder can enter into Japan for up to 90 days without a visa. Of course, clearing immigration (in both directions) will subtract more time from your layover. You could visit JanJan or Happy Hinomaru pink salons and select timed options-20 minutes, 40 minutes, 60 minutes, etc. (or even more if you want). Longer periods of play typically come with girls rotating in to service you. While the pink salons will probably give you the happy ending you are seeking, more likely than not you won't get the best looking or highest quality of woman at either of the locations though.
