Single rooms usually only have a single bed; Shouldn't be a problem if you book a room for 2 people though. 4 and 5 star hotels are less of a problem for access, although booking a double room is still advisable.

I first tried them in 2011 and the last time was in 2014 (when I departed Japan for a few years; I haven't had a chance to try them again since I came back in 2018). Back then they advertised as foreigner friendly (FF) and they were, to a point. Like many FF places, only some of the girls were FF. Once you contacted them the staff would tell you which ones were FF because the website wasn't always 100% accurate.
