I thought I would add my experience about Madonna Health in Meguro. I've been a few times and have never had any girl I chose declined because I am foreign. I am a white guy who speaks some Japanese but I've never had a problem there.Misato there is very good. She is about a 7 in looks but she has a great attitude. Recently went to Kabuki-Cho looking for streetwalkers near the hospital and Koban. Actually have not been for about a year. The place was dead with only two pretty ugly types around. Max220,I can't really tell whether "3 summer" is OK if you can't speak the language because I can handle conversational Japanese (sorry!). There's a female tout down the place on week-ends. You may ask her (she'll charge you 13k though). Service is shower+massage (above average)+CBJ+FS, all for 10k. You can even pick up the girl from the pictures for free. However, they price 25k for FS and I found it too expensive to even give it a try. A Chinese tout I met on the Chuo dori at Okachimachi's level took me there. Rerun,Sorry to say but most likely not. The only girls that proposition in the street like that are the mainly chinese estes girls and that are more aggressive. If she was Japanese she was problably pitching a club a restaraunt or a bar, which is most likely that time of night.There are hundreds of freelancers there but I have never seen one ask a guy, that is not the way it works but maybe you are lucky. Freelancers are not even obvious in Tokyo so they are really hard to spot you really have to sort them out and even then when they find your are foreign you may be out of luck.If you want to find the right places you will proabably have to learn at least some Japanese, that is just the way it is here.
