This might me a bit irrelevant in the Tokyo thread for some of you, but I reside in India and there is a Japanese escort touring India at the moment. She is quoting 1000 US Dollars for 2 hours and the price is non negotiable. I tried negotiating and failed to lower the price. Goes by the name "Sakura Yutani" on the Massage republic website. Is this an exorbitant rate she is quoting compared to Japanese women available in Japan?

3 Star hotels will have a modular shower toilet in the room, which will be very small; they are designed for sleeping, not entertaining. Many have rules about visitors. Prices will be around JPY10,000-20,000. Allow another 10,000 for food, transport, (non sexual) entertainment.

Using a Google search will bring up dozens of suitable locations.
