Aren't these the women who are desperately trying to pay back the debt that they owe to dudes at Host Clubs? I believe that I've read that a great number of the women who are standing outside, and not associated with clubs, were swindled and conned into massive amounts of debt. Or am I thinking of something else?

I was curious so stopped by around dusk. Saw a taxi pull up. Older gent and young girl step out. They said bye to each other. She was dressed like a WG. He went on his way. She sat at some steps across from the park. I saw a couple young guys taking turns talking to her. A third guy must've said the right words. She stood up and they walked away together.
The next night I saw three girls loitering. Dressed as WG's. Two were really tall. Could've been LB's. A few minutes later I returned to where they stood. They were gone. In their place were three cops.
