I will be visiting Tokyo for the first time next month. Lots of soap places to choose from. I narrowed it down to why-shirt and Rothenburg because they share the same building. Those are soaplands there is no upcharge besides maybe a gajin tax and the most I have ever seen is at Don Juan where two hours is normally 67 k but forigner s it's 87 k so 20 k tax. Yshirt which is famous is only 5 k.

Also soaplands are a set menu, I have never not gotten my full two hours or had to pay anything extra other than a gajin tax.
