Street offers in Shinjiku?
Hi everyone,
I recently moved to Japan longer term and looking to explore the night life more. I tried last year Tokyo Hentai Club twice. The experience was good, both girls were very clean, good-looking ladies and overall an amazing company. One of them is still engraved in my memory and I'm thinking at times of visiting her again.
However, I'm still a younger guy and eager to explore, not settling for one option.
Recently I've been to Shinjiku and noticed there are lots of people offering stuff on the streets. I found out they say basically anything is on the table: just talking to a girl - 3000 yen, talking and touching - 8000, sex - 15,000. Others offered a massage for 3000. I like spontaneous experiences much more than pre-arranged ones. Researching the best operation ahead of time, booking a girl in advance. All fine and great but will not compare with a spontaneous decision to follow a stranger while drunk after clubbing.
However, I know there must be a lot of scam in those offers. Like I keep seeing the advice not to engage with the african people who offer such stuff. But I also saw some Japanese people speaking to me about it. And, there are those rows of dressed-up girls just standing along the street advertising something like girl bars, for a similar price?
At this point I'm looking to just get my toes wet, and have an hour-long experience just talking to a girl with possibility to touch, possibly in an intimate setting where it's just the two of us.
Soooo, I'm a bit lost. Basically my questions:
1) Are those prices I quoted realistic? E. g. If I just want to speak to a girl touching her for an hour, is 8000 legit, or will she rip me off for drinks for a load of money?
2) I know sex is illegal to sell in Japan, and e. G. "legit" brands like THC officially say they don't do it, but unofficially you can talk to the girls about it. I know also at THC the prices are MUCH higher than 15 k, like, if you want sex, it would be upward of 35 k in total. So, is what's the deal with the 15 k offer from a street guy?
3) How do I know a scam from not-a-scam? My guess is the african people must be scam, but the Japanese wouldn't be, what do you think?
More details about oppai bars
If it's a scam, it's going to be at a scam bar worst case. You can just go to a legit foreigner-friendly places like Luxe:
I will be visiting Japan soon and I was hoping to get some more information.
I have read the forums and luxe seems to be the only option for English friendly oppai bar. So, I had a few questions:
1. How safe is it in terms of hygiene of girls there at luxe? Do they clean up after every customer?
2. Are these bars safe in terms of STDs? I do understand that kissing has lower probability but since it is there, I wanted to know how prevalent it is. Or what the risks are?
3. Are there any other places apart from luxe? Which are good and safe?
Thanks!

Good reason why street walkers aren't recommended
Found this on my Twitter feed there are many sites like it. They take pictures of working girls and there customers and post it on twitter. Sometimes the people don't even know they have been photographed.
