It looks like pinalove, to get to it, in the fb app on the phone clickon the heart shaped icon on the bottom of the screen. I only used it a few times, but the responses were real.

I will explain to you how the medical checkup for the girls works:

Pina Love allows search by distance from a place eg XYZ Hotel, My Location and City Name.

Most of the big site allow search by city. It's in the Search Preferences where you select age etc.
