The Hotel RTFF is in Paharganj. A Russian girl mans the place. Sometimes she offers herself free of cost as you check in if she likes you. I once tipped her 50 Rs for a nigh full of fun, she brought three other friends as well. We had good fun. I think RTFF refers to Russian Tourist F*ck Finder Hotel. See, the name itself gives it away.

And yes, they give 50% discount on rack rates to 'pashu chikitsaks' (Animal Doctors). Are you one? Or do you treat humans?
