As reported a few days back, she tried that on me, and I didn't want to take a chance (of falling into a trap). So aborted the meeting plan at the last moment after she got into my car and even put on the seatbelt at which point she demanded the advance. So just wanted to check if you had to go through the same.

(By the way she had settled with me for 7K after initiallly quoting 10K. So do bargain always. I don't think she's worth 10K. Probably 5K would be the right value, but then I'm not a hard bargainer, so I always end up paying 20 to 30% more)

She did not ask me for advance. Maybe because I naively agreed for 10k.

Lesson learnt now to bargain. Thanks for pointing it out.
