What are the best quiet areas to stay in, not too far from the best part of town, restaurants, malls etc?

Yes, what you are saying is absolutely right. Before entering if you scan quarter km around this hotel, you will always find one or two cars (dark filmed) with these contract girls sitting inside. So as soon as you show up at the counter, they will give you SP number, you have to come down on road for choice (if its night time) or they send the girl of their choice upstairs.

On a side note, same thing happens at hotel Saideep at J Dairy signal. Rooms are little cheaper.
