I am not a senior here (joined this forum just couple of months back). But I am active on AFF for last 5 yrs.

Firstly, we have to pay the price for everything. Sometimes by money and sometimes by efforts and time (thats what we do in AFF). It takes time. But then sometimes you hit jackpot.
