Welcome to Bangalore Mate. Rates have spiked here in last few months. Current ST rate for SP is around 6k & LT can be 12k-14k. You can bring it down depending on negotiation skills. I haven't heard about any smitha rao & I didn't see any reviews for her in the forum as well. Ask for her photo first, so you won't get surprised or something. If you like her than go for her. 10k for 4 hrs is bit higher, but if the girl is really good looking (service will be still questionable) , but I would advice you can go for her.

There was this villa near chandapura ahead if electronic city. She was just awesom.

Looks: good.

Damage: 4k.

GFE: 9/10.

Chances of extras is zero! You will pay 2-3K for a massage, and no extra. She won't even touch your upper thighs.
