The LE knows of course, you have just laid out the whole modus operandi with figures on their table.

LE demands money from these spas in every area, most of them do not pay but offer them free massages. I know many of the managers who told me this.

Now they will go and extort them with the information which will reflect on us soon.

Also, since the info is with names here, I am sure any RTI fan will come out now and go to the police complaining inaction of the activities, LE will be forced to act.
