I am little sceptical of NL and BP etc. Hygiene freak. And hence I prefer my own place where I can be in my element. Also I have come to the conclusion that indes are better at the end of the day. Costlier yes.

Yes will soon buy subscription so that I cud work on inde front more with tips frm seniors. Will of course share my other FRs too. I have some observations after scanning all ads online. Will post soon. Guidance needed from seniors on the same.

And finally, no I dnt stay in navi Mumbai. I keep roaming between Mumbai and Pune and since I like Pune better, I adopted the name sweet Pune.
