I have seen a lot of good reports, but quite a few times, the cost is not set out. Also where SPs are involved, it may be helpful to state whether they have in call facility and atleast a general idea as to the part of Mumbai, eg. Bandra, chembur, Andheri, navi Mumbai, dahisar etc where the services were availed. The mentioning of the place may also result in lesser flooding of PMs since people may only ask for contacts and references of those independants / SPs which are convenient for them, and within reach in terms of access. Of course you can't stop people who are merely collecting data from flooding your inboxes. This is also important from the perspective of factoring time that is going to be unaccounted, for those who are concerned about what excuse to make for the time spent in mongering.

If possible, therefore, please mention the facts about, costs, incall vs outcall and location in the reports clearly, in addition to the details already discussed in earlier posts by seniors.
