You do see SPA's inside the airport but they are professional ones. Take the cab from the airport to Nana Plaza. Thats the red light district in Bangkok and its perfectly legal. Its about 30 minutes drive from the airport and would cost in the range of 600 baths. Over there you get all you need.

folks,
