Its a wait and watch game.

How I do is I give them my final offer and tell the SP in case the gal has spare time call me.

And I'll reach. All these women are paid for like 5-10 shots a day so in case by 7 in the evening the gal has done say 5 shots the SP Gets nervous and calls you basically he is trying to cut down his loss.
