As a newbie, leave aura Thai and go to the other 4 , you will be treated nicely.

You guys have really struck a cord of nostalgia ... In the early 70's, there was this joint called the Cellar. Cover charge was 10 bucks, but it brought with it a free coke. They NEVER had an alocohol license, but any other intoxicant could fly (quite literally). Probably had the best western music in town ... Mostly thru DJs, but sometimes live bands that were the best in India (does anybody remember the Simla Beat Contest? It was also the hangout of choice of the international hippie invasion of India at the time. You could be sure you went home a real cool bird every night, Indian or European (a new one every day, or one who stayed in town for a week or two), and entirwly free of cost. The challenge then was to have a "pad" that you could take them to.

Today's menu is very different, but them were the good ole days.

Mate, 2 to 3 stopovers in a year with 2 girls (one MP and one go go) on each stop over kinda makes up for a four day trip over some time. It is just a matter of perspective. Wish you several such lucky layovers in BKK.

Sunday, 18th May.

After the romp I had last night with Dee from Suzie Wong, it was a task getting out of bed. I had barely slept for 4 hours and it was time to get up to eat some breakfast (in the excitement of last night I had not eaten anything). My friend and me took the BTS from Nana to Phrom Phrang and walked into soi 24/1 and it was around 11.30 am at this time. We first sauntered into EZ massage 2 (which came with good recommendations from friends), the ladies (quite a few) of them were sitting outside the MP and hogging down their morning grub. Seeing us approach, they make a run inside. I sit next to the mamasan on the couch and chat with her and ask her for the line up. She asks the girls available to come out and there were no attractive women in the line up. I had expected much better from this place. I then asked if Jang had come into work, she said that she doesn't come in that early and she was just about to call her up to get her to come in. However, I told her that for the girl to get in after the call would take sometime, so I thanked her and told her I will come the next day and see the line up.

Next we walk into Cherry Massage, there were about 5 girls available (some did resemble the pictures on their website), but none piqued my interest. My friend wasn't too happy at what he saw either. We had to walk out of another MP without success...
