yeah, have tried the bellanldur / marathalli route, and there are no extras anyone around. however hsr appears to have a lot of smaller spas and so does koramangla both are 10-15 min drives so try them out. have dropped you a response to your queries as well, so you should have better luck by your next fr.

go to hero bike or raheja again. the first question they will ask is that is it first time. you just say " i have been here and i know fully about this place. " and don't hesitate to ask for extras. they will do their nakhras but you can easily convince them. but please don't over tip them.

In Mumbai, I used to frequent dance bars frequently and have sometimes obtained a number or two by visiting the same bars repeatedly.

Where are the good dance bars in Bangalore and names. Preference for the eastern and southern parts.

Read a few names like Chefs. And KnightRiders in an earlier FR. Any more.

Having said that, I am not a doctor, mean a quack! So for your own confidence, go to a hospital (once I visited Mallya hospital and got the test done) and relieve yourself. It is very important.

Read some knowledge on the tests to be done.
