I would still give her the benefit of doubt. God knows what these poor (read emotionally and not financially) women go through to support their loved ones. The profession they are in. It is very easy to get emotionally wrecked and lose all self-respect for oneself, forget respecting customers. If abusing helps her release some pent up frustration, fair enough.
