The 10 k is for 2 pops not for the full night. I tried hard to negotiate to 8 k after starting negotiation at 6 k for two pops when the quote given was 20 k, but they wouldn't budge beyond 10 k. I was told I could go to the room, confirm the chic and then pay.

I think you are not giving LE the credit / discredit they deserve. Sometimes the monthly dues are collected by the local dadas (hoodlums) who then pass a percentage to the local LE station.

The last thing that LE will look for is in the forums to take action. However, in press releases they will say that they learned about an MP from a forum because they don't want the public to know the truth that the MP owner did not want to pay the "monthly due" that was requested by the local LE.

I have nothing against people communicating by PM but take objection to the idea that LE is using these forums to crackdown. In my opinion, LE has more effective ways to find out about these establishments and other nefarious reasons to crack down than simply to stop "immoral activities".
